We are known for catering to anyone’s needs, whether it be a business lunch, non-profit gatherings, or casual guacamole day! Please let us know how we can make your event a tasty success. Below are a few of our most popular selections, feel free to let us know about any dishes we left out!

 

Taquitos (3 pp) – Corn tortilla crisply wrapped around seasoned shredded chicken, topped with your choice of toppings. Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, sour cream, cheese, green salsa, red salsa, and guacamole. Served with a side of rice and beans.

Fajita Bar(2 pp) – Red peppers, green peppers, onions and your choice of chicken or steak. Served with corn tortillas, chips, rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole.

Enchiladas (3 pp) – Seasoned chicken rolled up in corn tortillas smothered with our traditional tomatillo enchilada salsa. Topped off with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream. Served with rice, beans, and chips.

Chicken Mole – Traditional Mexican mole sauce with a hint of chocolate to compliment the mild spices. Served with rice, beans, and corn tortillas.

Tinga –  Chicken or beef simmered in chipotle, onions, tomatoes, and served with tortillas, sour cream, cheese, rice, and beans.

Torta Boxed Lunch – Mexican torta with the choice of turkey, ham, or vegetarian beans. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeños. Comes with fruit and chips.

Every order includes eating and serving utensils, napkins, dessert cookie, heating sternos to keep food warm up to 4 hours, and beverages as requested for an additional charge.
